How You'll Make an Impact- Care for all ages: Provide outpatient primary and urgent care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including well-child visits, immunizations, and preventive care
- Diagnose and treat: Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
- Drive the workup: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Own the plan: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care
- Chart smarter: Document visits in the EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives
Requirements- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
- Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
- Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
- Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
- Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
- MAT certificate required
- DEA registration preferred
- Preferred: urgent care or primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
