What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.- Outpatient primary care practice embedded in an Internal Medicine residency program
- Join an established team of 2 independent APPs
- RN triage team in place
- Primarily Medicaid and Medicare
- Laboratory services available
- Long-standing clinic serving as a healthcare anchor in the community
- Meaningful, high-value care for patients with significant social determinants of health
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
- Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
- Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
- Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
- Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
