Facility Name: North Ave Clinic

Schedule: Full-Time

$80,000 Sign-on Bonus; $10,000 relocation assistance

Productivity incentives: RVU/Quality

$4,000 CME Allowance

Malpractice coverage with tail

This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
  • Outpatient primary care practice embedded in an Internal Medicine residency program
  • Join an established team of 2 independent APPs
  • RN triage team in place
  • Primarily Medicaid and Medicare
  • Laboratory services available
  • Long-standing clinic serving as a healthcare anchor in the community
  • Meaningful, high-value care for patients with significant social determinants of health
  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
  • Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
  • Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
  • Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
  • Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
