This role is ideal for an APP who values team-based care, meaningful patient relationships and the opportunity to improve access in a close-knit community practice. Position Overview - Provide outpatient family medicine care as an extension of a four-physician team, supporting established physician panels across the practice. - Partner closely with physicians and clinical staff to help meet patient demand, improve timely access to care and support efficient clinic operations. - Serve patients in a welcoming small-town practice known for its supportive team culture, low turnover and strong commitment to treating patients like family.
