Location & Setting Primary Location Harbin Clinic Family Medicine Cedartown Care Setting Outpatient family medicine clinic Service Line/Specialty Primary Care / Family Medicine Scope of Practice / What You’ll Do - Conduct patient assessments and provide care for established patients from physician panels. - Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the physician team. - Manage medications, review laboratory and imaging results and coordinate follow-up care. - Address routine and urgent patient concerns in a timely, patient-centered manner. - Provide coverage support during physician absences and help maintain continuity of care. - Support physician panel management; this role does not carry an independent patient panel. - Procedures are not required for this position.
