Schedule Details/Additional Information:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Patient-facing time: Expected to provide approximately 7.2 patient-facing hours per day.
- Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients per day.
- Nights/weekends: No night or weekend shifts.
- Call: Phone call coverage only. Current call is shared by four physicians at one week per month each. APPs may be added to the rotation in the future; each call
Pay Range:
$47.50 - $71.25

Harbin Clinic Family Medicine Cedartown is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support an established collaborative outpatient family medicine practice. This role is ideal for an APP who values team-based care, meaningful patient relationships and the opportunity to improve access in a close-knit community practice.
Position Overview
- Provide outpatient family medicine care as an extension of a four-physician team, supporting established physician panels across the practice.
- Partner closely with physicians and clinical staff to help meet patient demand, improve timely access to care and support efficient clinic operations.
- Serve patients in a welcoming small-town practice known for its supportive team culture, low turnover and strong commitment to treating patients like family.

Scope of Practice / What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient assessments and provide care for established patients from physician panels.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the physician team.
- Manage medications, review laboratory and imaging results and coordinate follow-up care.
- Address routine and urgent patient concerns in a timely, patient-centered manner.
- Provide coverage support during physician absences and help maintain continuity of care.
- Support physician panel management; this role does not carry an independent patient panel.
- Procedures are not required for this position.

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in Georgia.
- Acute Care NP, Primary Care NP or PA training/certification required, as applicable to licensure and role scope.
- Georgia state licensure required.
- New graduates will be considered.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
