As a Guthrie Primary Care provider, you play a critical role in caring for our patients in your office while collaborating with Guthrie Specialists through a strong referral network. - Practice full spectrum Family Medicine seeing patients from birth to geriatrics

Work Life Balance- Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. traditional schedule; would consider four day work week and flexible schedules
- Full-time providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits- Base salary starting at $275,000 annually
- Starting Bonus - $100,000
- Medical school loan repayment - $150,000
- Full benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance
- 403B and 457B retirement options; HSA option
- Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
- $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis
- Salary range - $232,000-$291,000
