Compensation: $90,000 -$165,000 commensurate with experience and billing commitments.

Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on family law experience in Washington State.
• Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
• Location & Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel for in-person court appearances, mediations, and client meetings in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
• Attitude & Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" approach to problem-solving. You bring solutions, not just problems, to the table.
• Emotional Intelligence: Strong self-awareness, personal boundaries, and mental resilience to manage the emotional dynamics of family law without taking the stress home.
• Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills-you treat clients with respect and clear expectations while keeping them grounded.
