Family Law Attorney with at least 4 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both legal acumen and human empathy to every client interaction.
This role is for someone who sees family law as a calling-not just a job. You'll handle cases from start to finish, advocate fiercely in court, and support clients through some of life's most complex transitions.
Minimum Requirements- Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- 4+ years of family law experience, including substantial litigation and courtroom practice
- Proven ability to independently manage cases from intake to final resolution
- Exceptional skills in legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using case management systems (Apple/Mac experience is a plus)
- Accurate time tracking and task management within legal platforms
- Unquestionable integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Help us guide families through life's most difficult chapters with clarity, strength, and compassion.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage all phases of family law cases from introduction calls through final resolution, including hearings, trials, and post-judgment actions
• Draft, review, and refine pleadings, motions, orders, and final decrees with precision and adherence to legal standards
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients-managing expectations, providing case updates, and delivering clear legal guidance
• Lead the discovery process: draft and respond to discovery requests, conduct document review, and take or defend depositions
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement conferences with preparation, confidence, and a sharp strategic lens
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to inform litigation strategy and ensure compliance with the Texas Family Code and all procedural rules
Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 4 years of dedicated family law experience, with substantial litigation and courtroom advocacy
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities; able to counsel clients with empathy and confidence
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while meeting strict deadlines
• Technologically proficient-comfortable with legal software and case management systems; Apple/Mac experience preferred
• High ethical standards, unwavering integrity, and a commitment to client confidentiality and sound judgment
