Family Law Attorney (Signing Bonus / Hybrid)
Our law group is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of family law. You'll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support.
The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues, such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. Qualifications
• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• ABA membership and Spanish proficiency are strong pluses.
• Minimum 3+ years of family law litigation experience, including contested and uncontested matters.
• Demonstrated success advocating in trials, mediations, and evidentiary hearings.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with composure in highly emotional, high-stress situations.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Working knowledge of real-estate issues that intersect with family law (e.g., title, homestead, QDROs, equity distribution).
• Strong legal research and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail and file hygiene.
• Familiarity with Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, local rules, and e-filing/e-service protocols.
