Marshall & Taylor, PLLC is looking for an exceptional Senior Family Law Attorney to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced family law attorney who is confident handling sophisticated matters, enjoys practicing at a high level, and wants to be part of a firm that is serious about both excellent legal work and exceptional client service.

You will take the lead on complex family law matters from strategy through resolution, including significant litigation, while working alongside experienced attorneys, senior paralegals, and a professional support team. We have built systems and resources designed to allow our attorneys to spend their time where it matters most: practicing law, solving problems, advocating for clients, and achieving excellent results.

We are looking for someone who exercises sound judgment, communicates exceptionally well, and is comfortable taking ownership of difficult cases. You should be equally comfortable in the courtroom, at the negotiation table, and advising a client through a difficult decision.

This is more than a position for someone who has accumulated years of experience. We are looking for an attorney who wants to use that experience, take on meaningful responsibility, mentor others, and help shape the continued growth of a highly respected family law practice.
