Salary range: $135K - $220K

Location: San Diego, CA

On-site work policy: 5 days in-office in San Diego, CA
About this role

We are looking for a Family Law Associate Attorney with 5-15 years of experience to independently manage their own caseload at a boutique San Diego firm that prioritizes work-life balance and rewards hard work through a generous monthly bonus structure. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who has been waiting for the chance to run their own cases and make strategic decisions for their clients.

What will you be doing?
  • Independently managing your own family law cases from start to finish, with support available when needed
  • Working directly with clients and making strategic decisions on their cases
  • Billing a minimum of 110 hours per month (~5 billable hours per workday)
  • Collaborating with the firm's principal attorney and staff as needed
  • Providing high-quality representation while maintaining reasonable caseloads

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of dedicated family law experience (not a training position)
  • Ability to independently manage cases without hand-holding
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • Willingness to work primarily in-office in San Diego
