This position involves developing project design criteria and producing comprehensive design packages to guide construction and operation. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement and project management, to anticipate challenges and provide innovative solutions. With a strong emphasis on adhering to industry standards and best practices, the Project Engineer is instrumental in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.

What You Bring- Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related field) and relevant certifications, with hands-on experience in HV substation design and construction. Professional Engineering license is preferred but not required. 3-5 years in engineering roles within high-voltage substation EPC projects.Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment and electrical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in engineering design, analysis, and implementation, including developing and reviewing technical documentation and specifications.
- Ability to create and evaluate engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve engineering challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with project teams and stakeholders.
- Experience ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance in engineering practices.
