Full Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Direct, lead, organize and motivate assigned factory to meet strategic and operational objectives.

2. Accountable for the safety, quality, on-time delivery, lead-time productivity and budget of assigned factory.

3. Identify and justify staffing and capital requirements to meet objectives

4. Contribute in setting the strategic direction for assigned factory.

5. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

6. Understand. Create. Simplify.

7. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors' degree in related technical field or equivalent experience

Minimum of eight years' related experience in increasingly complex leadership roles supporting manufacturing operations.

Proven ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervene to remove obstacles as needed

Knowledge of manufacturing process and product flow

Demonstrated ability to model, mentor and teach SEL values to others

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL
