Job Summary:The Facility Supervisor is responsible for supporting the planning, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operation of manufacturing facilities, R&D laboratories, office buildings, and supporting infrastructure. This role requires strong knowledge of facility construction, MEP systems, building maintenance, and contractor management to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. Following project completion, the Facility Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and operation of manufacturing areas, R&D laboratories, office buildings, warehouses, and supporting infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in facility construction, MEP systems, contractor management, and building operations to support a fast-paced AI Server NPI environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing facilities, R&D laboratories, office buildings, warehouse areas, and common facilities.
- Ensure facility systems adequately support engineering development labs, prototype testing areas, assembly operations, and office functions.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC systems, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, building automation systems (BMS), and other critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate facility modifications and infrastructure upgrades to support changing production, engineering, and business requirements.
- Support laboratory utility systems, including power distribution, cooling, compressed air, exhaust systems, and environmental controls as required by R&D activities.
- Inspect buildings and infrastructure regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure continuous functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate office space planning, office renovations, furniture installation, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Manage facility service contracts for janitorial, landscaping, security, pest control, and building maintenance services.
- Ensure all manufacturing, laboratory, and office facilities comply with applicable local codes, environmental regulations, and company EHS requirements.
- Support emergency response, facility recovery activities, and business continuity planning.
- Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Education:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
Experience:- 3-5 years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on problem-solving experiences.
