What you will enjoy doing*- You will serve as a front-line leader focused on safety, compliance, reliability, and profitability
- Hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial gases operations and safety practices
- Requires off-hours availability (laptop/cell) and up to 10% travel
- Further, you will ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and reliable plant operations
- Optimize processes to improve capacity, efficiency, and cost performance
- Manage financial performance, including cost targets and productivity improvements (Six Sigma)
- And you will lead, coach, and develop a small team of technicians and drivers
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, EPA, and other regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies
- Manage capital and expense projects; coordinate with engineering resources
- And you will oversee quality assurance programs and support audits
- Maintain accurate records of process and equipment changes (MOC, Variance, MVF, QA)
- Respond quickly to plant issues to minimize operational and customer impact
- Support other Bulk CO2 facilities with operations, training, and maintenance as needed
What makes you great - You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of technical operations and management experience
- Minimum 3 years of operations and leadership experience in industrial or chemical plant environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and adapt in fast-paced environments
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Results-driven self-starter with a track record of executing projects and tactical initiatives
Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $90,000 - $132,000
