Peraton is seeking incumbent and external qualified candidates to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyene Mountain Complex (NCMC) – Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III (NISSC III).

Qualified candidates will help operate, maintain, and sustain critical national mission systems to deliver resilient strategic threat warning and space capabilities as part of a world-wide architecture, providing strategic warning that our nation depends on during a conflict. This program will provide an opportunity to exploit the capabilities inherent in our diverse national systems to better meet the needs of the national command authority and warfighters to detect, track, and respond to strategic threats through 2030 and beyond.
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager (FM) to lead the planning, development, and sustainment of missioncritical facilities supporting this highvisibility program. The Facilities Manager will oversee the design, buildout, integration, and maintenance of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and associated infrastructure. This role partners closely with the Chief Operations Engineer, Government Engagement & Execution (GEP) team, and functional SMEs to define facility requirements, procure equipment, and ensure all facilities meet operational, security, and regulatory standards.
The Facilities Manager manages all phases of facility projectsfrom concept through deliveryensuring alignment with program objectives, building codes, security requirements, and customer expectations. This role is essential to ensuring safe, compliant, and fully missionready facilities that support program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, design, integration, and delivery of program facilities, includingSecuredFacilityspaces.
Develop andmaintainfacility design documentation, requirements, and integration artifacts.
Coordinate facility needs with engineering teams, program leadership, and Government representatives.
Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and DoD/IC facility standards.
Coordinate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to support Government Protection Surveys.
Independently manage project schedules to meet customer time-linesand budget constraints.
Procure Government and contractorfurnished equipment to meet facility build-out time-lines.
Oversee design, development, installation, and documentation of facility equipment, communications, and layouts.
Manage construction and renovation activities to ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and security standards.
Issue RFPs for equipment, construction, and maintenance services; evaluate contractor proposals.
Identifyproject risks and develop mitigation strategies tomaintainschedule and cost performance.
Conduct environmental hazard planning, mitigation, and remediation activities asrequired.
