- Identify and champion best practices, bringing innovative solutions from concept to successful implementation.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and seamless project rollouts.
Who You Are:- A proven professional with 4+ years of facilities management experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- Ideally holding a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field (experience in Pharma Manufacturing is a bonus!).
- Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
