Full Job Description
The Facility Integrity Manager is responsible for leading and growing the company's Facility Integrity service line. This leadership role oversees operational execution, client development, technical service delivery, financial performance, and personnel management for facility inspection and integrity programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facility mechanical integrity, non-destructive examination (NDE), inspection services, and operations management, while also demonstrating the ability to expand service offerings, develop strategic client relationships, and drive business growth. This position is intentionally broad in scope to allow flexibility for candidates who bring additional technical capabilities, emerging technologies, or complementary service offerings that can strengthen and expand the facility integrity group.

This position offers the opportunity to lead and shape a growing facility integrity business unit while helping expand the company's technical capabilities and market presence. The company is seeking a leader who can not only manage existing operations but also bring innovative ideas, relationships, and services that enhance long-term growth and value for clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Leadership
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Facility NDE / Integrity service line operations.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of facility inspection and integrity projects.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable industry codes.
  • Support and develop field operations teams including supervisors, inspectors, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance.

Business Development & Client Relations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within current accounts and new markets.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and client presentations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and market expansion initiatives.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
  • Help identify and introduce new service offerings, technologies, and operational capabilities that enhance the facility integrity business unit.

Service Line Oversight

Manage and support a broad range of facility integrity and inspection services including, but not limited to:
  • Conventional and Advanced NDE services
  • Facility mechanical integrity inspection programs
  • API inspection programs
  • Baseline inspections and re-inspections
  • Corrosion monitoring and integrity assessments
  • Data collection, management, and reporting
  • CAD and drawing support services
  • Turnaround and routine facility inspection support
  • Additional integrity-related technologies and services introduced to expand the company's capabilities

Financial & Administrative Management
  • Maintain accountability for service line profitability and financial performance.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, expenses, invoicing, and overall P&L performance.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cost tracking, and resource utilization.
  • Support recruiting, workforce planning, and personnel development initiatives.

Compliance & Quality
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Maintain quality assurance and quality control expectations across all projects and service offerings.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:
  • All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies' Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
  • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in NDE, inspection, or facility mechanical integrity services.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing operations, projects, and personnel.
  • Strong understanding of facility inspection programs, integrity management, and applicable industry standards.
  • Experience with client management, proposal development, and business development activities.
  • Financial management experience including budgeting, invoicing, and P&L oversight.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
  • API certifications (510, 570, 653, 580, etc.)
  • NDE certifications and technical inspection experience
  • Experience with advanced NDE technologies and emerging inspection methods
  • Knowledge of facility integrity software, data management systems, and CAD platforms
  • Existing client relationships within industrial, midstream, petrochemical, refining, or energy markets
  • Experience building or expanding technical service offerings and operational teams
