Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction or Maintenance Management, Building Technology, Mechanics, Electronics, Business/Public Administration or related field, and five (5) years' experience in the field repair, maintenance, and construction of commercial building systems, with two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
