Organization:
SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley

Position Overview:
Provides financial, transactional and process related support to a project management team managing the delivery of design and construction projects. Responsible for accurately entering data into the project management database related to budgets, in-service dates, contracts, purchase orders (PO), and invoices. Typically supports small to medium-scale projects. Assists in the management and coordination of work including the monitoring project budgets and deliverables, meeting contractual requirements and maintaining good professional relationships with Sutter Health (SH) affiliates, SH departments, and external vendors. Ensures all work is done in compliance with the Process & Controls Manual (PCM).

Job Description:

This is a work from home role with onsite visits and meetings. Must live within the Sutter footprint.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • Bachelor's: finance, accounting, or related field

Pay Range is $34.25 to $51.38 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
