Facilities Program Management Professional The Opportunity: As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that'll modernize and create efficiency in Marine Corps installation planning and facilities portfolio management. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex, high-visibility projects that'll help shape long-term infrastructure strategy, strengthen Force Design implementation, and support the Marines who rely on accurate master planning data to make critical decisions. On our team, you'll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you'll oversee work and guide less senior staff to develop creative solutions on mission-critical master planning and facilities portfolio management projects across Marine Corps installations. In this role, you'll closely impact Marine Corps master planning and facilities program management by developing portfolio structures and standards, validating MILCON and space requirements, analyzing real property and GIS data, maintaining information management tools, and preparing performance metrics that help measure the effectiveness of the Master Planning Strategy and Force Design. You Have: Experience preparing reports, analyses, or products related to cost, schedule, performance, or portfolio progress Knowledge of installation master planning processes, MILCON project development, Basic Facilities Requirements Worksheets, or real property data systems Knowledge of facilities program performance measurement or portfolio management principles within government or military environments Ability to independently lead analysis efforts, develop guidance products, and prepare draft performance or master planning reports Ability to review and reconcile facilities and real property data, including GIS and asset data systems Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in a planning, engineering, public administration, or real estate field and 10+ years of experience in facilities program management, master planning, MILCON planning, real property analysis, or installation-level asset management, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in facilities program management, master planning, MILCON planning, real property analysis, or installation-level asset management Nice If You Have: Experience supporting MCICOM, Marine Corps installations, NAVFAC, or DoD installation planning organizations Experience delivering annual or quarterly facilities program performance reports Knowledge of internet Navy Facility Asset Data Store (iNFADS), GEOFidelis Online (GIS), and other DoD real property data systems Knowledge of Force Design Strategy, Master Planning Strategy, and enterprise facilities portfolio management approaches Master's degree in planning, engineering, public administration, real estate, or a related field PMP, LEED, AICP, IFMA, or similar facilities or planning-related certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
