The Role:This position is for someone who has managerial and hands on skills and who has the ability to hire, supervise and direct Handypersons and contractors at a high-end social club and residential community.
Job specifications are as follows Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to oversee the repairs and maintenance of:
- Flooring
- Carpeting
- Painting
- Plastering
- Drywall
- Wall coverings
- Appliances
- Windows
- Doors
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Porter Maintenance
- Record keeping
Necessary skills and certifications:
- FDNY Certificates of Fitness, if requested, must be obtained within a timely manner
- Moderate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Schedule:• Monday - Friday
Salary and Benefits:• $90,000.00
This position will require the capability to perform front of house client/contractor liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the client in a high-end social club and residential community in midtown Manhattan, NY.
