The RoleMach Energetics is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and supporting infrastructure. You will ensure buildings, workspaces, utilities, and operational areas remain safe and fully functional. This role manages facility repairs, preventative maintenance programs, subcontractors, company vehicles, and operational inspections while maintaining compliance records, permits, and maintenance documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities and supporting infrastructure.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, utilities, and operational systems.
- Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and construction projects.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Monitor facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure.
- Maintain permits and compliance records required for facility operations.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop facility procedures, checklists, and accountability systems to support day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities, maintenance, construction, or operations in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or technical environments.
- Experience overseeing facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and general building infrastructure.
- Experience managing maintenance programs, work orders, and vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to facility issues in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or hardware development organizations.
- Expertise in OSHA requirements, workplace safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience overseeing contractors, subcontractors, and external service providers.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and facility management software.
- Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments.
