Job Description:

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Facilities Manager at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Real Estate and Facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support preventative and corrective maintenance programs
  • Coordinate and support SCIF planning, upgrades, building power, and cooling requirements.
  • Primary point of contact for site leadership in regard to facility status, risk mitigation, physical security, and planning.
  • Review OEM documentation for power, space, and cooling for incoming equipment.
  • Collaborate with local site partners and mission partners for site facilities maintenance and upgrades.
  • Have familiarity of trade systems, i.e., electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
  • Develop solutions and redesign existing processes to achieve optimal facilities management.
  • Implement and monitor security procedures and personnel access control and physical.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (may substitute additional years of experience)
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • TS/SCI w/ CI Poly or willing to obtain.
  • US citizenship required.


The likely salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
