About the Role:CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a large, geographically dispersed portfolio of approximately 194 healthcare-related locations. This remote position plays a critical role in overseeing facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction for a leading organization within the healthcare industry. The Facilities Manager will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business objectives.
What You'll Do:- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities across a portfolio of approximately 194 locations.
- Manage work order processes, ensuring service requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility projects.
- Prepare, manage, and track operating budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to support portfolio performance.
- Conduct facility assessments and inspections, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, repairs, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health, safety, and regulatory requirements across the portfolio.
- Support procurement activities, review vendor proposals, and manage invoicing and contract performance.
What You'll Need:- 3+ years of facilities management, building operations, property management, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and facility operations.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses.
- Proven work order management experience within a multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and contractor performance.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a large portfolio independently.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $102,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
