About the Role:As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the operations, maintenance, and performance of facilities supporting a major organization in the healthcare and well-being sector. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class workplace experience by ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments while building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
You will oversee facility operations, manage vendors and contractors, support capital projects, and lead a team focused on operational excellence across a portfolio of buildings.
What You'll Do:- Lead, coach, and develop a facilities team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Oversee daily building operations, maintenance activities, and facility service delivery.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and improvement projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including service agreements, procurement, and invoicing.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant facilities, operations, or property management experience; equivalent experience considered.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous leadership experience with responsibility for team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and vendor management.
- Experience managing budgets, expenses, and capital projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Facility Management certification (FMP, CFM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency in interpreting financial data, reporting metrics, and operational performance indicators.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $115,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
