- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to emergencies and resolve facility issues efficiently and calmly.
- Budgeting and financial management skills, including the ability to manage operating costs and optimize facility-related expenses.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, patients, contractors, and vendors.
