Monitors workflow. Develops short and long term goals and objectives; analyzes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and constraints to give direction to hospitals' leadership in working toward meeting facilities and operational objectives.
Establishes and administers policies, procedures, and related forms in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines; reviews, revises, and communicates them to ensure compliance.
Identifies, implements, and determines the scope of projects in consultation with senior administration.
Monitors status of projects, adjusts schedules and priorities when necessary.
ssigns project areas and manages short and long term projects.
Plans, administers and monitors the department's capital equipment, operations, and personnel budgets; regularly reviews year to date and prior budget expenditures; and takes corrective action as necessary.
