Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance projects across regional facilities.
Position Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance operations, ensuring building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. This role leads preventive maintenance activities, supervises maintenance personnel and contractors, manages maintenance budgets, and supports facility improvement projects to ensure safe and reliable operations.

Essential Functions
Facility Maintenance & Operations
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Perform and oversee repairs to facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment to maintain safe and reliable operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Monitor facility equipment and operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and operating costs.
- Anticipate maintenance needs and maintain appropriate inventories of parts, tools, and supplies.
Project & Contractor Management
- Support facility expansion projects, equipment installations, and facility modifications, including cost estimating and permitting.
- Manage subcontractors performing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate vendor services including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other facility support services.
- Track maintenance expenses and operate within established budgets.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, schedule, and prioritize daily work assignments for maintenance personnel to support production and facility needs.
- Coach, train, and develop maintenance employees while promoting safe work practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support performance management activities in partnership with leadership.

What You Bring
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience maintaining commercial or industrial facilities, including electrical, mechanical, PLC, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Experience managing contractors, maintenance projects, and preventive maintenance programs.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (high and low voltage), AC/DC controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems, process cooling/heating equipment, commercial plumbing, and facility infrastructure.
- Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and facility compliance requirements.

- Experience with maintenance tracking systems or CMMS software is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Range: $35 - $45 (based on experience and skillset)
