Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the facility maintenance team while overseeing hiring and training.

  • Prioritize and implement safety measures in facility operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of service requests and assist with mechanical issues.
  • Manage facility budgets and identify areas for cost reduction through analysis.
  • Oversee stockroom operations and availability of necessary materials.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Shift: Full Time, 1st shift, Weekend Availability
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, Vacation, Education Reimbursement
  • Salary: $120,536 - $150,670 plus annual target bonus

 

Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities 
  • The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards 
  • As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution 
  • You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting 
  • The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis 
  • Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility  
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Master’s degree
