What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Facilities Maintenance Manager, Licensed Mechanical Contractor, leads comprehensive maintenance operations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems to ensure optimal facility performance and energy efficiency. This role directs project execution, preventive maintenance programs, and compliance with industry regulations while managing budgets, resources, and contractor relationships. The position requires strategic planning, operational oversight, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives and sustainability goals. The manager fosters collaboration with stakeholders, drives technical training, and supports workforce development to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Direct and oversee maintenance operations for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems to ensure optimal facility performance.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience managing facility maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems.
  • Licensed Mechanical Contractor certification with comprehensive knowledge of industry laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong expertise in preventive maintenance program development and execution to optimize equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage budgets, and control costs while ensuring timely completion.
  • Skilled in supervising and developing teams, fostering accountability, and promoting continuous learning.
  • Proficient in evaluating facility needs, recommending improvements, and driving sustainability initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to support operational goals and business priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state you will be working.
