Job DescriptionYou will be the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Facilities Maintenance team which is responsible for managing plant facilities, infrastructure, and equipment on a large-scale production campus.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, maintenance planning, and workforce leadership.
- Supervise and develop trade personnel and salaried staff, handling recruitment, training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Manage production machinery and equipment, directing emergent, corrective, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate department resources to ensure priority projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, design, and build requirements while applying appropriate policies and procedures.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and equipment-repair issues promptly, providing technical guidance as needed.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
