Full Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support a Pharma client in Rahway NJ. As an operations expert, you'll be responsible for pressure vessel, LDAR, and safety valve compliance across the campus.

You'll manage inspections, audits, and surveys to ensure regulatory standards are met while enhancing the safety, reliability, and performance of industrial systems across a multi-building life sciences campus.

In this operational leadership role, you'll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You'll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500
