Sodexo is seeking a Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor Liaison for our client site in Rahway, NJ. The Mechanical & Plumbing Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external mechanical and plumbing contractors.

This role ensures mechanical and plumbing systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in alignment with project scope, schedule, safety requirements, and quality standards throughout all phases of project execution.

In this operational leadership role, you'll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You'll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500
