Full Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance team at Asbury Bethany Village, located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee maintenance, grounds and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, fire protection, and safety systems. The typical shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm, M-F.

About the job

In this operational leadership role, you'll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You'll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $80000 - $90000
