Job Description:

As a Facilities Data Analyst supporting the Corporate Facilities Team, you'll leverage data, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and key departmental initiatives. You'll analyze complex data sets, develop insights and recommendations, deliver Executive and operational reporting, and partner across Teams to improve processes, tools, and reporting capabilities that enhance Facilities planning, operations, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Work with large data sets to understand key business drivers, translate findings into insights, actions, and communicate implications to the business
  • Provide reports and analysis for different facilities and equipment across the network; analyze performance and recommendations to present to Facilities Leadership
  • Support efforts to improve productivity and accuracy of reporting
  • Aid in the development of new processes/tools/reports for Corporate Facilities
  • Maintain Corporate Facilities technical toolset; including defining the content management structures, workflows, templates, and determining site access permissions
  • Works in a cooperative spirit partnering with other Company data teams
  • Assist Leadership with data gathering, analysis, and reporting related to department driven metrics
  • Provide training to internal Customers on reporting organizations and methodologies
  • Support Facilities Planning projects and initiatives by collaborating with Business Consultants on projects
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Display knowledge and understanding of data analysis and data visualization tools to create reports and manipulate data from various sources
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel experience (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.), MS Access (DB queries, etc.), and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing and assimilating data including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
  • Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Skilled in exploring improvement of existing data solutions while balancing assigned work and ad-hoc requests
  • Ability to effectively communicate information (written, verbal, and visual) with others
  • Ability to acquire data using both SQL and data transformation tools such as Alteryx
  • Ability to identify and analyze trends in large sets of data
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to initiate tasks, perform duties, respond to inquiries, come up with unusual or clever ideas and develop creative ways to solve a problem with minimal direction or supervision


Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED


Experience
  • Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
    • Corporate Facilities, Planning, or similar analytical field
    • Designing and generating reports and dashboards
    • Various analytical modeling and visualization tools such as R, Python, Alteryx and Tableau, SQL and Teradata
  • Preferred: Experience with Quickbase
  • Preferred: Experience with Power Automate
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce
  • Preferred: Experience with automation tools and workflow development
  • Preferred: Experience with statistical modeling


Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
  • Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job


Other Qualifications
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Air travel with occasional overnight stays required


Pay & Benefits:
  • Competitive market salary from $81,200.00 per year to $90,200.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
