We are seeking a Senior Facilities Assessor to evaluate and monitor field assessment data, assist in developing cost estimates, and support our global facilities assessment work.
Work as part of a team performing facility evaluations by applying architectural and/or engineering standards, practices, and techniques. The Facilities Assessor at this level regularly exercises his/her familiarity of company and project practices and procedures, and is experienced in project mobilization, setup and orientation procedures. Assessors are responsible for visually evaluating the architectural/MEP building systems, gathering data, and noting any deficient conditions.
Project:
Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.
Responsibilities:
Parsons is seeking a Facilities Assessor to perform the following:
- Work as part of a team performing facility evaluations by applying engineering standards, practices, and techniques.
- Visually evaluating the architectural/MEP building systems, gathering data, and noting any deficient conditions.
- Upload gathered data into the clients CMMS system.
- Support our global facilities assessment work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field is preferred)
- Must have at least 12+ years of relevant work experience
- Mechanical or electrical expertise preferred.
- Must be US Citizen.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in the application of engineering and architectural design standards, practices, and technique
- Requires a working knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities
- Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to walk for long periods (6 to 8 hours/day) and climb ladders
- Must be able to travel between 6% - 12% of the year based on customer needs.
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
