Are you a results-driven operations leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence, supply chain optimization, and warehouse performance? We are seeking a Fabrication, Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end operations across fabrication manufacturing, materials management, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring seamless material flow, optimizing production and warehouse performance, and developing high-performing teams while balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in fabrication manufacturing, supply chain operations, and warehouse management, with a proven ability to lead transformation initiatives, improve processes, and deliver business results in a fast-paced production environment.

What Will You Do?

Operations & Production Leadership
  • Lead fabrication, warehouse, and supply chain operations to ensure achievement of production schedules, customer requirements, and business objectives.
  • Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost metrics.
  • Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve production, inventory, and logistics challenges.

Fabrication Manufacturing Management
  • Provide leadership and technical oversight of fabrication processes, including metal forming, punching, and related manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure efficient equipment utilization, process stability, and adherence to standard work practices.
  • Partner with Engineering and Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and process capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve quality.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management
  • Ensure effective planning and execution of material flow from receiving through production and shipment.
  • Optimize inventory levels, improve inventory accuracy, and minimize material shortages or excess stock.
  • Collaborate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Utilize ERP, SAP, and supply chain systems to manage inventory, materials, and operational performance.

Warehouse & Logistics Leadership
  • Oversee receiving, storage, material handling, order fulfillment, shipping, and transportation activities.
  • Ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high levels of customer service and inventory accuracy.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and material movement processes.
  • Drive warehouse productivity and operational excellence initiatives.

People Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operational teams to build strong organizational capability.
  • Establish performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Promote safe work practices and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.


What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with fabrication manufacturing processes, including metal forming, punching, and related production operations.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and material flow activities.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams within manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP, ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and business results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience driving operational transformations and delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is {{PAY_RANGE}} per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
