We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor for 1st Shift in Fabrication. This position will be based at our facility in Grand Prairie, TX. Transform the everyday with us! You'll make a difference by: - Serving as the central driver of all daily production activities and acting as the communication hub between hourly team members, management, engineering, quality, purchasing, and planning.
- Championing safety for all personnel working on and around the production line while leading efforts to reduce errors, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.
- Managing production schedules, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring progress, documenting training, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with the local union by adhering to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Supporting digitalization efforts by implementing tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connected tools.
- Bringing leadership experience in a team oriented production environment; manufacturing experience preferred but strong equivalent operational leadership will be considered.
- Demonstrating strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Coaching, supporting, and motivating team members.
- Applying a mindset focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Being comfortable learning and supporting new digital tools.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or an equivalent operational environment (e.g., fabrication, assembly, logistics, warehousing, maintenance, field operations), with demonstrated ownership of safety and quality
- Bachelor's degree required or Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications: - Lean Manufacturing techniques
- 1+ years of Project Management experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics

The pay range for this position is $67,544 - $115,790 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
