Full Job Description
Job Summary:The Fabrication Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all production and manufacturing operations within the Fabrication Department-Hydro Sidney's largest department, consisting of approximately 150+ employees.

This role ensures operational efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards while
driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Fabrication Manager will also lead the development and implementation of new or enhanced production processes to support cost-effective, high- quality mass production. This position offers strong opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.

Required Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.

  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and materials.

  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on product and process design.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
