Full Job Description
Siemens is looking for a Fabrication Focus Factory Manager for the Alliance, Texas location.

This role is accountable for the overall performance of Fabrication operations across switchgear, power panels, and switchboard manufacturing within an Engineer-to-Order environment. The Focus Factory Manager drives safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost performance, continuous improvement, and organizational capability across multiple product lines. This position provides operational leadership and direction to achieve business objectives, accelerate factory growth, and ensure execution excellence across the value stream.

You will make an impact by:
  • Lead and be accountable for production operations across multiple shifts and product lines within the switchgear and switchboard factory, including direct leadership of fabrication operations and supervisory teams.
  • Own production execution, capacity planning, resource allocation, and schedule attainment to consistently meet customer commitments and business objectives.
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with all company, regulatory, and environmental health and safety requirements.
  • Own quality performance and operational integrity by leading resolution of non-conformances, material shortages, and manufacturing issues while ensuring sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
  • Direct cross-functional efforts with engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production teams to remove constraints, improve manufacturability, and optimize operational performance.
  • Establish, monitor, and drive performance against key operational metrics including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
  • Lead transformational continuous improvement initiatives focused on Lean manufacturing, standardization, digitalization, productivity improvements, and waste elimination.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through leadership, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Own cost productivity commitments, operational budgets, and business performance targets while driving sustainable improvements in efficiency and profitability.
  • Champion factory growth initiatives, operational scalability, and strategic business objectives to support long-term organizational success.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 10 years of experience with the following:
  • Leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration production, planning, material management, quality, safety, order management, assembly, or testing.
  • Lean manufacturing, production systems, continuous improvement methods, and operational best practices.
  • SAP, DMM, Microsoft Office for production tracking, reporting, analysis, and communication.
  • Problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and supporting safety, quality, and operational integrity.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineer-to-Order environments across areas such as production, planning, material management, order management, assembly, or testing.
  • Experience with Siemens processes, policies, tools, IT infrastructure, culture, and products.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other structured process improvement frameworks.
  • Experience using data analysis to identify trends, improve production efficiency, and support operational decisions.
  • Familiarity with cost productivity tools and productivity tracking systems.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
