• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access with basic computer skills
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities
• Thorough knowledge of F404 turbofan engine operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules for engines, components, and GCUs.
• Chair weekly production meetings and participate in program-level discussions.
• Prepare documents to address technical inquiries and communicate solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous airworthiness compliance.
• Oversee training for maintenance proficiency at various operational levels.
• Travel periodically to provide technical support on-site.
• Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure quality support.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and retention.
