Pratt & Whitney, a division of RTX Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
F100 Materials Specialist to support our F100 Program. This role will directly support a key international customer: Patria Belgium Engine Center, an F100 MRO facility. As a materials specialist, you will be responsible for the management of material proposals, purchase orders, and customer agreements. The key function in this role is to support aftermarket spare part sales through various SAP transactions and reporting. Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new systems quickly, capability to prioritize daily tasks, and ability to work independently under pressure on multiple projects are all critical to success in this role. This role will work closely with the Sustainment Program team, supply chain, operations teams, and customers to ensure program execution.
What You Will Do- Preparing proposals and purchase requests for new spare material while ensuring material schedule alignment.
- Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet contractual requirements.
- Act as first point of contact for customers by hosting monthly teleconferences to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build through identification, data analysis, and recommendations for resolution, ensuring corrective action is successfully implemented.
- Working with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
- Review materials corresponding Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) and assign corresponding export licenses to ensure International Trade Compliance shipments.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas using effective oral, written, and nonverbal communication skills with internal stakeholders and other organizations to ensure customer happiness.
- Reporting element that includes, a suite of Business Units reports, both routine and ad-hoc
Qualifications You Must Have- BS/BA degree
- 5 years of business, supply chain, analysis, and/or customer support experience or an Advanced with 3 years of business, supply chain, analysis, and customer support experience
- US Citizenship required due to government contracts
Qualifications We Prefer- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal required.
- Experience with MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, reports, etc.
- Current or previous experience using SAP
- Customer service experience

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
