Experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
$100,000 - $200,000+ First Year Earning Potential | 5-Day Work Week | Unlimited Opportunity

Sam Leman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Champaign, IL
This is not an entry-level position.

We are searching for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager who knows how to structure deals, maximize profitability, build lender relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Structure finance deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders
  • Secure financing approvals and close deals efficiently
  • Present financing options, protection products, extended warranties, and aftermarket products
  • Ensure every transaction complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Accurately process contracts and funding paperwork
  • Track receivables and lender stipulations through funding
  • Partner with sales managers and sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
What We're Looking For
Automotive dealership F&I experience is strongly preferred.
