What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:
- Previous automotive dealership finance experience required
- Strong knowledge of finance products, lender relationships, contracts, and compliance
- Ability to present products professionally and confidently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work closely with sales managers, sales consultants, lenders, and customers
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A positive attitude, fun personality, and team-first mindset
- Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus
