Qualifications

• Previous auto sales and F&I experience required.
• Strong F&I performance track record with a Minimum PVR Avg of $2100+.
• Current Active VA Driver's License.
• Proficient negotiation, presentation skills, and closing ability with above-average CSI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers with financing options.
• Present additional product offerings to enhance vehicle ownership experience.
• Structure sales for maximum profitability.
• Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the position.
• Accurately desk deals and submit them to lenders for approval.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines on every deal.
• Prepare and deliver paperwork and contracts for deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale for accuracy and improvement opportunities.
• Guarantee timely funding of all contracts.
