Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance and Insurance products
• Required menu selling experience
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is beneficial
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong closing and organizational skills
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate lender and secure approvals
• Manage contracts to maximize F&I PVR
• Assist sales desk in structuring deals
• Adhere to F&I office process for contract flow
• Manage contracts in transit with business office communication
• Track and monitor F&I PVR and product penetration
• Participate in weekly sales meetings for F&I training
• Assist in training sales staff alongside management
