JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY

The Food & Beverage Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that increase F&B revenue and guest spending at Cinépolis. Reporting to the VP of Culinary, this role supports the management of the F&B revenue P&L, maintains the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue calendar, and oversees partnerships, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies. This is a commercial, non-operational role focused on identifying practical opportunities to improve F&B sales and per-person spending.

JOB DUTIES

  • Owns full accountability for F&B revenue across every venue and channel.

  • Sets pricing strategy, offer architecture, and per-cap revenue targets, in partnership with Operations & Finance.

  • Tracks revenue performance against targets by venue, channel, and menu item to catch drift early and course-correct pricing, promotions, or merchandising in-quarter.

  • Builds and owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual F&B revenue calendar, aligning Culinary, Marketing, and Film on what's launching and when.

  • Sets LTO (limited-time offer) timing, prioritizing which menu items and promotions make the calendar based on projected revenue impact.

  • Publishes and maintains the calendar as the single source of truth, so every department has visibility into upcoming revenue initiatives well in advance.

  • Partners closely with Marketing and Film teams to align F&B promotions with film release schedules, marketing campaigns, and broader brand initiatives.

  • Coordinates with Culinary leadership, Operations, and Finance on the handoff from strategy to execution - so revenue initiatives land with clean execution and no surprises.

  • Owns merchandise revenue strategy as a guest-spend driver, independent of and alongside F&B.

  • Drives combo and bundling strategy across F&B and merch to maximize attach rate and guest spend per visit.

  • Manages relationships with vendors and licensing partners to bring new merchandise programs to market.

  • Ensures menu items and promotions that come out of new partnerships land on the revenue calendar and get executed by Culinary and Marketing.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, brand partnerships, or a related field within food & beverage, entertainment, or hospitality.

Track record of owning a P&L and driving measurable revenue growth across marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Experience negotiating and managing commercial partnerships (brand, vendor, licensing) from sourcing through execution.

Strong project management skills, with comfort building and maintaining cross-functional calendars and timelines.

Excellent cross-functional communicator who can influence outcomes without direct authority over execution teams.

Comfort with data-driven decision-making, particularly menu engineering, pricing analysis, and per-cap spend metrics.
