Job DescriptionYou will be the F-35 Line of Business Eng. (LoBE) Team Proj Eng. Sr. Staff Lead for the team which is responsible for delivering high-impact engineering solutions that enable F-35 modification readiness.
What You Will Be DoingAs the F-35 Line of Business Eng. (LoBE) Team Proj Eng. Sr. Staff Lead you will be responsible for guiding mod-readiness engineering efforts, aligning technical scope with program strategy, and driving integration across teams and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing EV analysis at the contract level and evaluating impacts to overall engineering for the Mod contracts.
- Providing technical management and horizontal/vertical integration oversight for the mod effort, including the performing team and suppliers.
- Supporting root-cause investigations and generating process-focused corrective-action reports for the Mods and Depot Activation Team.
- Communicating technical issues to all management levels while coordinating resolutions through detailed closure plans.
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and cross-contract gaps, and driving risk-based closure plans through strong technical leadership.

Basic Qualifications• BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience
• Project Engineering/technical experience
• Interim secret to start
• EVMS and / or CAM experience.

• Experience developing project plans, basis-of-estimates, and integrated master schedules.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
