Full Job Description
EY Parthenon - Deals - Transaction Analytics (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) ([redacted]), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA.

Manage teams to provide Transaction Analytics, financial and accounting due diligence services in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, carve-outs and other transformational events by leveraging data in an increasingly complex world. Help in providing strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders. Provide clients with services including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, as well as new analytics-driven solutions which enhance our client's decision making. Analyze large and complex datasets and building sophisticated transaction driven analysis to help address our client's challenges in fast-changing markets. Lead the team to present your findings in a way that's easily understood by M&A and business professionals at all levels.

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 8 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience). Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 7 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 of years of experience working with mergers and acquisitions.

Must have 4 of years of experience analysing financial statements and key drivers of financial performance.

Must have 4 years of experience leveraging accounting, or data analytics skills, of which 3 years must be in a mergers and acquisition-oriented environment.

Must have 4 years of combined experience analysing data for financial due diligence and/or audit.

Must have 4 years of experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other software to perform data analysis intelligence and reporting functions.

Must have 7 years of experience with one or a combination of the following:
• Data visualization: D3js, Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire, and/or related;
• Data Management: Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx, and/or related;
• Analytics Platforms: SAS, Azure, and/or related;
• Statistical Packages: SPSS, Minitab, and/or related; OR
• Programming languages: Python, R, and/or related.

Must have 3 years of experience in leading a team of professionals, managing engagements, engagement related budgets.

Requires domestic travel up to 50% in order to serve client needs.
