Role Overview:An experienced User Experience (UX) engineer is sought to specialize in building user-facing features and scalable applications. The role focuses on utilizing modern technologies to design intuitive interfaces, create reusable components, and modernize legacy products, while advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization. This position requires a strong focus on code quality, performance, and delivering reliable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Build user-facing features and scalable applications using Vue.js, Vuex/Pinia, JavaScript (ES6), and Laravel (PHP).
- Design intuitive interfaces and create reusable components.
- Modernize legacy products with modern technologies.
- Advocate for user focus across the organization and communicate the value and principles of user-centered design, including web accessibility, site performance, and UX best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams and contribute to code reviews.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Maintain a strong focus on code quality, performance, and delivering reliable solutions.
Required Skills:- Expertise in Vue.js, Vuex/Pinia, and JavaScript (ES6).
- Proficiency with Laravel (PHP).
- Strong understanding of HTML5/CSS3 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience working with public and private clouds such as Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Familiarity with AI Productivity Tools including GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot.
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of experience as a User Experience (UX) engineer.
