Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (Journeyman or A-Level preferred).
• Strong A-level skills in diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment; familiarity with CDK dealer management software is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and a strong customer-service mentality.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record per dealership insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs efficiently following dealership and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose major vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, and brakes.
• Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment to test-drive vehicles and assess components.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate time estimates and service reports.
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
